Please note: Return shipping is not covered. Because we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

BABY SAFETY FOAM LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any defective item covered by this warranty.

Please retain your dated sales receipt as proof of purchase. It is required to validate any warranty claims.

Please Note: Our prices are based on the average dimensions of most standard hearths. However, additional charges may apply for oversized hearths, including those that are larger, deeper, or taller than usual. If your order requires any adjustments due to size or materials, we will contact you after the order is placed.

Shipping Information: All orders include Free Shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that tracking numbers may take some time to update. If you have received a tracking number via email, your order has been shipped—even if tracking details have not yet appeared.
